Housing Policies

Hotel Deposit/Cancellation


  • A two (2) night deposit is required for all attendee reservations by 10/20/17.
  • Your Credit Card will not be charged until the date above.
  • Rooms reserved after October 20th are non-refundable.


  • Payment in full is required at the time of reservation.
  • Rooms reserved after October 5th are non-refundable.
  • For room blocks of 25 rooms or more, AMP may impose additional penalties if the number of room nights actualized falls below (90%) of what was booked.
  • Exhibitor reservations booked within the Attendee block will be cancelled and we cannot guarantee the same hotel availability.  

Attendees who cancel plans to attend Annual Meeting should cancel meeting registration AND hotel reservations as quickly as possible.


  • Hotel Confirmations will be emailed to you from onPeak Housing once your reservation has been confirmed. An email address is mandatory to receive reservation confirmation. Remember to check your spam email for your confirmation. You will NOT receive a separate confirmation from your hotel.
