Ancillary & Satellite Event Meeting Space

Please read below for information on space requests for Ancillary and Satellite events. Five types of meeting spaces are available: General, Exhibit Hall, Reception, Educational Events and Hospitality Suites. Details about each type of meeting space including fees and deadlines are outlined below. Meeting spaces are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.

Meeting Space Request Form

The meeting space request form will be available during June 1 - July 31, 2017.

Note: AMP Corporate Partners will receive first priority for requests.
 

 

Online Form: Applications to request exhibitor/ancillary meeting space can be submitted through the online form.

Note: Notifications of space assignments, if applicable, will be sent on or about August 15th.

 

General Meeting Space

Sales meeting, committee or working group, customer demo, etc... max of five registered meeting attendees. For more than five registered meeting attendees, refer to "Reception Space" details, below.

Exhibitors - $200 per accepted request

Meeting Space on the Exhibit Hall

A limited number of small rooms on the Exhibit Hall will be available for exhibitors to have individual client meetings. These rooms will be available to rent in duration of show, one day and half day increments. Each room will be set with a table and chairs. Additional features, such as audio visual/internet and keyed access are available at the expense of the exhibiting company. Please note: Food & Beverage is NOT allowed in the meeting rooms on the exhibit hall floor.

10ft. x 10ft. MEETING SPACE RENTAL FEE:
$2,800 per accepted request

10ft. x 20ft. MEETING SPACE RENTAL FEE:
$5000 per accepted request

Note: These are available for purchase in the Exhibitor Service Center (ESC) on a first come, first serve basis.

Reception Space

May include more than five registered attendees. Note acceptable meeting dates and times are as follows:

November 15, 2017 5:30pm - midnight

November 16-18, 2017 5:00am - 6:30am
November 16, 2017 7:30pm - midnight*
November 17, 2017 7:30pm - midnight*
November 18, 2017 5:30pm - midnight*

AMP ADMIN FEE:
$250 for 1-50 attendees
$400 for 51 - 500 attendees
$500 for 501+ attendees

DEADLINE TO APPLY:
July 31, 2017 (deadline for 500+ attendees is July 15, 2017)

*only open to small receptions, approved by AMP.

Educational Event

Non-AMP educational events held before or after the AMP Annual Meeting, i.e., "Satellite Event," are accepted on very rare occasions and only after close review by AMP Leadership. Such events may be held on November 14, 18 (after 5:30pm) and 19, only.

Hospitality Suite

Available to Corporate Partner companies, only. Availability not guaranteed.
